Swizz Beatz has always been about progression. He recently solidified his next step in life by sharing news of his acceptance into Harvard Business School. He will be enrolled in the Owner/President Management Program. He gleefully posted a portion of his acceptance letter on Instagram: “This might be one of the happiest days of my life. Drake Reportedly Sued For 'Pound Cake/Paris Morton Music 2' Monologue

Drizzy Drake may have another lawsuit on his hands. According to TMZ, he's being sued over the opening monologue on his Nothing Was The Same track, "Pound Cake/Paris Morton Music 2." The Jay Z-assisted cut samples the 35-second blurb from jazz musician James Oscar "Jimmy" Smith's 1982 song, "Jimmy Smith Rap." Smith's estate — he died in February 2005 — claims that despite the album's liner notes, no one asked for permission, so technically no permission was granted. Further details are scarce right now, but allegedly they're asking for more than $300K. Photo Credit: Getty Images
