This is the new news that all the Beyhive have been waiting for... sorta.
Columbia Records chairman Rob Stringer went on record to say that, "Obviously at some point [in 2014] Beyonce will put a record out." Like...duh, guys. It hasn't been that obvious, considering pushbacks and touring have delayed the album for quite some time, but it's definitely a good indication that if the label expect an album, we can too.
Recently, Pharrell described the album to Billboard.
B’s album is crazy,” the producer declares. “Let me tell you what it is. She’s very particular. She’s a Virgo. And she’s not going to put it out until it’s ready and feels like it’s right to her. She’s got a very specific taste. I guess that’s the reason she’s Beyonce.”
8 months after tearing his Achilles Heel and not only ending last season but potentially threatening this one as well, Kobe Bryant made a triumphant return to the court on Sunday night against the Toronto Raptors.
Nike always knows how to make the most of an event (and how to make a dope commercial, too), so they brought in Ice Cube to narrate a quick 30-second spot about how Kobe would still be a legend if he never played again, but he wouldn't be Kobe Bryant if he didn't try.
